Founded May 20th, 2009 - A Guide to Motorcycle Rights Organizations around the World (188 listed so far)

Our rights as motorcyclists are constantly being challenged at an alarming rate, so every motorcycle enthusiast should, at the very least, belong to a Motorcycle Rights Organization (MRO) of their choice. Following is a list of MRO's that you can join. Visit their websites for more information.

Australia: Queensland MROs

Motorcycle Riders Association Queensland (MRAQ)

Est. 1982 - "The MRAQ, in co-operation with our interstate colleagues and the federal riders lobby group, the Australian Motorcycle Council (AMC) has developed formal positions on a number of pertinent issues for Motorcycle Riders."

United Motorcycle Council Queensland

Est. 2009 - "The United Motorcycle Council of Queensland is a peak group representing 16 motorcycle clubs from around Queensland. Membership is also open to individuals. The council has been formed to provide clubs and individuals with an avenue for dispute resolution. It also aims to break down some of the negative stereotypes about motorcycle clubs and members, and allows bikers to have a say in issues that affect them."
